This policy explains how JCJR Ezer Marketing LTDA collects, uses, shares and protects personal information from people who visit this website, fill out our free marketing review form, or contact us by WhatsApp, phone, text message or email.
We apply Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) as our baseline for everyone, wherever you are. If the law where you live gives you additional rights, such as the GDPR in the European Union and the UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California, those rights apply too and are described below.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. Information we collect
- Review form: your industry, main marketing challenge, name, business name, US state, phone/WhatsApp number with country code, email (optional) and your consent choices, with the date, time and version of the text you agreed to.
- Conversations: what you send us by WhatsApp, phone, text message or email.
- Browsing data, only with your consent: pages visited, how you arrived, device and browser type, approximate location (city or state) and form interactions, collected by Google Analytics 4 cookies and, if you allow it, advertising platforms.
- Server logs: IP address, date and time of access and browser, kept for security and fraud prevention.
We don’t ask for sensitive information (health, religion, racial origin, biometrics, etc.) or documents. Please don’t send that kind of information through the form.
3. How we use it and our legal basis

We don’t make automated decisions that produce legal effects about you, and we don’t build profiles for that purpose.
5. Calls, text messages and WhatsApp (TCPA)
By checking the consent box on our form, you agree that JCJR Ezer Marketing LTDA may contact you at the number you provided by phone call, text message (SMS) or WhatsApp, including automated messages, about your request. We only send marketing messages if you check the separate box for them.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or email contato@wayads.com.br. You may also revoke consent by any other reasonable means, such as by email or in the same conversation.
- Marketing calls and messages are only sent between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in your local time.
- We don’t sell or share your phone number or your consent with third parties for their marketing.
7. International transfers
We serve businesses in the United States, our team works from Brazil, and some providers process data in other countries. For these transfers we use the safeguards required by the LGPD (art. 33), such as standard contractual clauses, and, for people in the European Union or the UK, the standard contractual clauses approved by European authorities.
8. How long we keep it
- Review requests that don’t become clients: up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Clients: for the length of the contract and for the period required by tax and accounting law afterward.
- Consent records: as long as needed to prove consent, including in any dispute.
- Browsing data: according to the retention set in Google Analytics (up to 14 months).
After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.
9. Your rights
Under the LGPD (art. 18), you can ask us at any time to:
- confirm whether we process your data and give you access to it;
- correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymize, block or delete data that is unnecessary or processed unlawfully;
- port your data to another provider;
- delete data processed based on your consent;
- tell you who we share your data with;
- tell you about the option not to consent and what that means;
- withdraw your consent and object to processing done without consent.
Send your request to contato@wayads.com.br. We may ask for information to verify your identity. We reply within 15 days. If you’re not satisfied, you can file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
10. People in the European Union and the UK (GDPR)
In addition to the rights above, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, including to direct marketing, and to withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
11. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
Notice at collection: in the past 12 months we collected the following categories of personal information, from the sources and for the purposes described in sections 2 and 3:
- identifiers (name, phone, email, IP address);
- commercial information (business, industry, challenge and services of interest);
- internet activity (pages and interactions on our site, with consent);
- approximate geolocation (state or city).
We don’t collect sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and we don’t sell personal information. You have the right to know what we hold, to request correction and deletion, to opt out of sale or sharing (in “Your privacy choices” or with the GPC signal), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 12. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), individual access controls, two-factor authentication on tools that store data, and spam protection on our forms. No system is 100% secure. If an incident creates a meaningful risk to you, we’ll notify you and the authorities within the deadlines set by law.
13. Children
Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect data from minors. If that happens, we’ll delete it.
14. Changes and contact
